Powered from a negative (now positive ignore this part now lol) supply, I tried re-topologizing it to be positive, ran (not hard) but it crashes EC upon startup that way so yeah, here it is

UPDATE: I reversed polarity finally and got it to flow nice, enjoy
SECOND UPDATE: Added a Pulse amplifier to the output to make a full 0V-10V pulse. It draws just under 1W (879.6mW) so it's decently efficient, but we know we could make it better. (Note the resistor dropped from 222 to 190 and time scale set to 16.6ms)
