Use 2 relay to control the "Direction Arrow".
The "SPST switch" is main switch for the LED's circuit.
The "NO button" is for switch to "Left" and the "NC" is for switch to "Right". These buttons also simualte the "Hold" and "Reset" function for the relay circuits. I used 2 relay because I need 2-contacts-relay but it isn't there.
