Simple 1 npn transistor phase-shift oscilator. Frequency of ~ 600 Hz. works better in real life :)).

Note: EveryCircuit has better precision for lower time stamps, but it makes the simulation more dull.

Can you make harmonic wave? 1-200 Mhz

I doubt it. One of this circuits limitation is its frequency. In real life i think you can't go after 200kHz.
