You need to connect your source's negative to ground. Also your circuit is in negative transfer function. The op amp's non-inverting input must be connected to ground instead of the inverting input.

The transfer function will then be: AVcl = -R2/R1 = -10k/1k = -10 Vout = AVcl*Vin = 5 * -10 = -50V Since the op amp's power supply is +/- 15V the output will clamp tp that voltage. Increase the power supply of the op amp to +/- 50V (or higher) and you will get -50V at the output. Anyway, keep it up! :)
