Inputs +- of right OpAmp must be swapped, cuz its an integrator. Keep it up.

Okay, fixed, thank you hurz! But, there's a chance to this circuit work in real life? Because on proteus doesn't work, and here it works fine!

I'm busy tomorrow, but I'll have a rattle through my parts box on Tuesday. Would you prefer a couple of 741s or a 358 for the op-amp?

550kHz is by far to much for 741. Lower the frequency and take a faster modern cheap e.g. LT1638

And hurz, the frequency is too high because i'm trying to find a way to create triangular waveforms for a class D amplifier, and i need this 500khz for the comparator inverting input (RC oscillators aren't stable, i was minding to use 500khz of a 12MHz of a quartz crystal oscillator provenient from any kind of frequency division, i don't know how i'll do this, it's too expensive for me and i'm trying cheap solutions)
