Fun bug - chaotic burning LEDs

⚠️flash warning⚠️ I found that LEDs will burn if the electric current is over the twice of rated current. But if the current is very close or equal to the twice of rated current, it will act weirdly. Especially when they're lots of LEDs connected on one circuit. In here, rated current is 20mA, and I applied 40mA with 0~-2fA disturbed to LEDs
