Just in case you didn't know how to restart your seven segment display over after 9 it's easy with AND Gates. You hook the top to A and bottom to D. Get it A'n'D lol it works. Then you run your output to the Reset of the first counter And the UP input of the second counter hope u like!!

Just in case you do not know how to restart ..... Wrong pipo, try to pause at "9" and you will stop at "0".
