for the highside NMos you need at least 17V at its gates to drive them equivalent like the lower ones in common source mode. With 5V at the gates the source voltage can never be higher then 5V - Vt. So you cant not reach 12V!

BTW, dont buy IRFZN which is anyway not available. Dont buy IRFZ44N which is available but not as low in Vt as you need for Arduino 5V. Buy IRLZ44N max Vgsth = 2V so low enough for low Rdson at 5V gate voltage max 25mOhm
