This circuit is purely theoretical and very dangerous.
The maximum current output is on the order of microAmperes (as the output voltage quickly drops with loads lower than 1 MΩ in resistance; Yes, the M is capitalized), so yeah, this circuit is pretty bad at what it’s supposed to be doing
