it would demonstrate that gain, when the output of the opamp could go upto 19.4V at least. However, this can be done much easier with less resistors.

Sure it can. This is a demostration of a textbook problem, and how we create the model, based on the specifications.

@jhernand, i feel sorry you must have contact with @teddy. He is coming even you dont call him, and he will call you even he dont want you. Hes a sad clown with zero knowledge in electronics, zero understanding about this circuit here, but must walk around everycircuit, cuz he feels bored and unloved. He is looking for contacts but has no idea how to do that with his crap drawings. Lastest try was to copy circuits from a magazin and he messed them all up! Teddy, you are a sad clown. For your Dad 🎈 who is since your lastest crap drawing security officer in your home, lol.
