@Igorabdn ... nice idea, but the total time for charge there is 6 seconds rather than 5 seconds if we stick to convention of 5RC .... .... @crake ... nice implementation of a 'comparator' type of usage to obtain your 5 sec partial charge (5 sec as at 15.1v ... of the full 25 sec for 24v) using a different value cap. .... Here is an alternative way of obtaining a 5 sec from the original schematic, without having to obtain a full 6sec 24v charge ... http://everycircuit.com/circuit/4808471028170752

Yes, I agreed with you but this application was specifically for 6 seconds to ramp up and I hadn't much resources.
