12Vdc to symetric regulated 15Vdc at 100mA

principle only, I don't think it would work in real life. maybe someone can try, the 16us clock is based on arduino timer2 running at prescaler 1:1 and 50% duty cycle pwm output. If anyone try it please let me know if it works.
