O Led, sendo um diodo possui uma queda de tensão em seus terminais quando diretamente polarizado. Se a tensão na qual ele estiver sendo alimentado for menor do que a tensão do diodo, o Led não irá acender, é o que está acontecendo, a tensão que a fonte está entregando é baixa demais.
