Positive pulses one per cycle

Positive pulse ... one per cycle .. what about it every one ?

You should try changing the ground at the negative terminal of OP amp to a reference voltage. You would then get a pulse when the input voltage passes the reference on the up stroke. This would make it more useful

Also by reversing the polarity of the OP amp it will pulse in the down stroke. You could use two of them to make a window comparator.
