DANGER!!! HIGH VOLTAGE.
 tap off from accu to trafo contact,it will run itself. "the frequence its not compatible for any device" I just want to make fish stunner,but voltage is over,may make fish or maybe me Die,.. Lol

you also need enough power to create a sustained potential difference across the fish, otherwise it's just a "fish annoyer"
