This memory cell is the basic block of caches and registers inside a cpu. The most common implementation requires 6 transistors for each bit.

write if you write a bit but as accessed by the CPU to read the stored bit? a memory to store and be able to read does not meet these two things is not a memory

i like it. 6 transistors huh, im going to draw up one, i dont see needing 6 per bit though, but i have not drawn it yet, so i dont know the complexity yet. i will set and store 4 bit and use a databus to show the hex value. it wont need a multiplexor or address bus lol. is no room for it. ty your demo!
