Hope you don't mind me saying so.. A neat and tidy circuit makes ckear what is going on, and later when yiu go back to it you will still recognise it.

Thanks for your comment Mr kiani Those two summation (op amp) did amplify the voltage from 1 to 6 at v1 and 10 at v2 and has phase shift at out v2 180 then Collect the two values voltages to get out 16 v with zero phase shift

For me it need a gain aligement to e.g. 6 in both pathes and BTW sin to cos are 90° phase shifted while here we have 180° phase relation. sin to -sin or cos to -cos is 180° phase shifted. Check this http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6189954228289536
