Multivibrator - why is this not working

Why is this multivibrator not working? Is it because there is no asymmetry in the simulated transistors to put it off balance and start the oscillation? Or have I made an error?

delete wire connecting first 4.7kohm resistor from the left and its capacitor and insert a switch. Start simulation and close swtich.

Also regulate time to better speed

no asymmetry in starting condition

slow the timescale to 10ms-1 then shake your phone to introduce noise. this multivibrator is two high gain inverting amplifiers with their inputs connected to each other's outputs, so they need some sort of signal to amplify first

Thanks! I added a switch by R1 as giomix suggested to upset the balance in the circuit and it works now.
