Added a seed. Use the bits on the left side to choose the seed. Turn on the logic switch hooked up to the NOT gate to load the seed and start the randomizer. Still not truly random. Just looks like it.

If you want, try mixing up your RNG more by feedback. Google LFSR , it could be useful here ;)
