ParaPhase Phase Inverter

Typically this phase inverter topology is used in vacuum tubes but whatever works with tubes, works with transistors. The first stage is a voltage amplifier/phase inverter. The second stage is a phase inverter/unity gain amplifier. The outputs are taken from the two collectors.

I don't like MOSFETs. For me I'd just use them for an output stage of an amplifier, because they have no base driving current, thus easing the strain on the driving stage, but other than that i think they're more noisy than BJT's. I think they're better at some applications, like current mirrors though.
