There is no free energy being simulated here, even in principle. Notice energy is always being drawn from the voltage source. Its simply being stored in the LC tank. The only reason the voltage and current continue to rise in the tank is because there is no resistance to provide damping. All circuit elements lose energy irl but Inductors and transformer windings in particular always have some series resistance which must be included for a simulation like this to make physical sense.
