Ive seen this circuit before. In the website it says it should be 20W but its class A and with a 24v i dont think you will be able to drive a 20w load. Maybe 5W 10W at best and with a few tweaks

Booooooooo , poooooor !!!!!" i suppose it will be authors creation and waits for some description but as Thebuggie reveals the truth i am truly disappointed and i'm outta from here. I dont like when i am amazed by some creation and when ask an question it will produce zero response cuz author can't itself catch what's going on.
