A Explanation of how NPN and PNP transistors differ.

The difference is to witch polarity from the battery the Base of the transistor is connected to. NPN is on the Left. The pins from top to bottom are called Collector Base Emeter PNP is on the Right. The pins from top to bottom are called Emeter Base Collector Note: that the emeter and Collector's positions are swapped.
