Nice, but you should add that it gets reset automatically.

Auto Reset is accomplished with the 1 Megohm resistor in parallel to the capacitor. Lower values lead to shorter recovery times.

Add a shottky diode across the top charging resistor and put a resistor across supply e.g. 3k for a much quicker recovery time. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6111614473601024 btw the pmos suppose to be swapped the drain and source to not get on trouble with the body diode.

Resistor across supply leads to another 1.5 milliamps of current consumption. Removal of the base diode and decreasing the discharging resistor lead to shorter recovery as well without significantly rising power consumption.

But shortens the delay as well proportional. So no improvments this way. And 1.5mA is not much. Just use 10k if 1.5mA is to much.

Thanks @hurz, one last improvement did it for me: the discharging resistor in parallel to the pmos instead of the supply. Now there is quick recovery, defined delay and no additional power consumption.

Looks like you do not want to understand e.g. what that resistors across power supply is for and what all the other changes are for. Keep it up for yourself. I dont care.
