This 6V elementary circuit uses logic gates, and a few other components, as a conventional and time delay toggle switch.
Either switch (SPST switch OR push button) may be used independently depending on your switching preference.
* Close the SPST switch OR press and hold the push button. The blue LED will remain on for approximately 2 seconds.
* Close and then open the SPST switch OR press and release the push button. The blue LED will remain on until power is disconnected from the circuit OR close the SPST switch and the LED will turn off a few seconds later.
Please note: Whenever the push button or SPST switch is used, allow capacitors time to recharge before next usage.
