permanent signal to pulsed signal

My destination is to realize a circuit that changes a permanent signal comming from a relais with a changeover contact into a impulse signal. One more difficult thing is, that the impulse signal should be produced when the relais is going to be activated AND deactivated

auch ziemlich clever diese Schaltung habe jetzt allerdings schon diese hier zusammengelötet und funktioniert soweit alles wie geplant trotzdem danke für die ganzen anderen Tipps :)
