Help - Pot H bridge for DC motor

Will the circuit work? Uses 50ohm pot (not sure if i should use LIN or LOG). Replace the LED and voltmeter with a DC motor. Thanks for answering my question Disregard the capacitors if it might cause a problem.

No. Not enough power for motor, to much power for the pot.

For controlling a motor, you'd want an electronic switch, which turns power either completely on or off, in rapid succession. Keyword "PWM" to google for.

@rich How do i determine the minimum/max power for the pot @bushmill yep i know what PWM is and i wanted to use less components for this project thats why i tried this. But thanks anyways
