Back to basics. Astable multivibrator or a "free running" multivibrator is a multivibrator which has no stable states. 

It's output oscillates continuously between its two unstable states without the aid of external triggering. 

The time period of each states are determined by resistor capacitor (RC) time constant.

When was the last time you published a circuit you hypocrite? And your so-called spamming allegations have been disproven over and over again and yet you continually regurgitate the same nonsense. I’d love you to show evidence that I have posted “hundreds of the same circuit”. The admins will notice the lack of conflict during the last 14 days and it’s no coincidence that you and all the other infamous EC troublemakers were not posting comments on my circuits. Do the maths and everyone a favour; disappear into the background where you belong.

The fact that I republished circuits which comply with EC’s terms of use certainly won’t lead to my banning. You however should be banned given your creepy circuit stalking , habitual lying and troublemaking behaviour.

Your comments are stupid and nonsensical. Just because you say that my circuits are dangerous to electronic beginners doesn’t mean that it’s true. By dangerous we mean that, you pose as an expert and because the description is imaculate {copy pste}, and do not represent your drawings,, that are often full of errors, and arequite diobolical,,. This can be misleading,,, the misleading can be dangerous..... I amnot the only onewho says this...over 100 qualified engineers have told you the same,, over the years. .... Yoi just don't take anyone, nor yourself seriously.
