Something I built for real. The left transistor is a photo diode in reality. When exposed to light, led turns off... When switch is off (no light) wait for a few seconds and the led will be lit slowly

Changed the capacitor to a big 1000 micro farad... Light fades very slowly when exposed to light. When capacitor is loaded light doesn't effect the circuit anymore

Correction... It does affect the circuit. Had to increase light on diode
