What voltage battery and what are the trip/reset levels.

Im still analyzing the ckt. It seems the 1st reset (s/w held dwn then release) starts charging the cap (100uf) then it is able to toggle every s/w is pressed.

From what I can see, it is monitoring the power source level, and switches at certain levels. I can't line up any of the levels with any batteries that I know.
