Hardware initialize signal

This simple circuit make high level pulse on power on, this can be useful to make some initial signals (trigger reset for example)

I build it on breadboards, so..it requires discharge resitor in serial circuit, not parallel, and then it start to work as expected. I use it to setup first bit in shift register, to get "running light" without microcontroller
