Push the NO button as a clock pulse input, it shift over, but it also makes a brighter shifting impulse. It shifts from 0-9 in "bar" mode, then it continues to shifts and timed brighter impulses each input. Push the NC button to restart.

Sir , can u help me., i need a circuit that operate with12v DC , to use a lamp (12v.dc) . It can control the time to ON and OFF. I want adjust on time (e.g 5sec or more ) and off time(
