If You draw it like this its simpler http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6692678961201152

Your circuit is a start and is basically correct, as frlv stated, the circuit would be easier to understand if laid out neatly, and as you have shown, the negative rail at the bottom and the positive rail at the top. A few more tips, 1. When there is a transformer, an earth is required on both sides of it. 2. 1Vac on the power supply won't do much good the positive diodes drop .7 of a volt so do the negative ones, anyway 120Vac = 170Vpeak or 340Vpp. 3. The numbers on the transformer are ratio and can be used in circuits as roughly 120V in for 12 V out. 4. The minimum filter capacitor that I use for power supplies is 470uF. 5. It always pays to have some type of regulation on the output, if it's not used for electronic amplifiers, a filtered zener circuit works, needs about14.5mA through the zener for best stability. 6. I've hung a led load on the output, the led resistor adjusts the led to just under the rated current (recheck the zener current for 14.5mA. See; http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5027085003522048
