4 bit (1 nibble) memory array. Inputs on left starting at the top: bits 0-3 are data, bits 4 and 5 are address, bit 6 is write enable. LEDs indicate memory contents. To operate, set data and address bits then toggle write bit. To clear write zeros to each address.
