Der Zähler für die linke Anzeige zählt von 0 aufwärts und wird bei 10 wieder resetet, da er ja nur bis 9 zählen soll. 
Der Zähler für die rechte Anzeige zählt von 9 bis 0 abwärts, weil er  auf den Anfangswert von 9 voreingestellt ist da wir die Anzeigen von 10 bis 15 (A bis F) nicht brauchen .
