Pulsating DC Circuit with load

This pulsating DC circuit is done with 2 solenoid relays, 1 NO and 1 NC. The NO solenoid is something on the order of a continuous duty starter or winch relay. This circuit would work well to energize a coil or transformer with pulsating DC current. Relay energizing speed is controlled by the capacitor.

EC relays are set fof 5v.. At 3.5v.. So the operating voltage is half the supply voltage +1.. In your case they need to be set to 7v.
