Change the input resistors in order to change the input values that are meant to be added. The measured voltage is the sum of the input voltages of the previous opamps.

The diodes function as ReLu activation functions! That's why the output signal is never smaller than 0V.

I am using three oscillating inputs to generate an interesting dynamic signal.
