Upper left circuit is the data signal and Manchester encoder. Green trace shows the input after clock synchronisation. Blue trace is the transmitted Manchester encoded data.
Manchester encoding is a method of transmitting a logic signal combined with it's clock.
The centre circuit is a delay line that recovers clock pulses from the transmission line. Red trace shows the recovered clock signal for decoding.
Lower circuit is the Manchester decoder. It uses a an RC filter to smooth the logic transitions; bit transitions are determined by limit comparators. Orange trace shows the decoded output.
