Hit the switch("on" and "off"), Everytime it cycles from red to green to blue. It's really a 2-bit within flip-flops, but it has "three" combinations, so I put in a "X-OR" Gate in and one "INVERTED" output from one of the flip-flops, when all or "off" so it's the 1-bit(RED LED).
