Last column isn't working. Also you may want to look at http://lednique.com/parallel-leds/ for more information on configuration of parallel leds.

If you placed a current limiting resistor at the head of each column you wouldn't need to have so many leds of different configurations and also that relay won't last very long. If you replace the leds in the top Left circuit with transistors circuit could last much longer _ http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5997908791656448
