Toggle-able Blinker

The red LED means that there is power. The green LED is the one that blinks. The bottom button activates the blinker and the top button deactivates it.

What are you trying to say? Is it that when simulation starts with power connected the 555 timer's output gets set as low and if you start the simulation and then connect the power supply the 555 timer's output gets set as high? What's wrong with that other than slight inconsistency? It's not like it's designed to always start out one way or another, or is it?
