Where there is a disconnected ground symbol, that's where a headphone jack is suppose to go. Also, the 8 ohm resistor is actually a 8 ohm speaker. One more thing would be 470uF capacitor is supposed to be electrolytical capacitor and the transistor would be a bc547

NE555 timer is not builded for delivering high currents... Max. output current is about...20mA?
