The 4 buttons at the top are the first binary number (LSB on top) and the four lowest buttons are the second binary number (LSB still on top).
The button in the middle is the carry bit (if you want to chain full adders)

This is the simplest to understand and cleanest example of a 4-bit adder I have ever seen in my searches through this community. Good work!
