Idee ist an einem Arduino-PIN zwei Transistoren wechselnd ein/aus zu schalten (FlipFlop).

1) PIN Spannung um -2.5 V verschieben
* U1=5V teilen auf 2.5V (330 Ohm)
* U2=5V teilen auf 2.5V (330 Ohm) HIGH
* U2=0V teilen auf -2.3V (10 kOhm) LOW

2) PIN Strom verstärken
* NPN-Transistor

3) PIN Logik invertieren
* PNP-Transistor

4a) LOW-Relay
* NPN-Transistor

4b) HIGH-Relay
* NPN-Transistor
