A push on push off stable toggle circuit that doesn’t oscillate between states when the button is held for too long. Additionally the circuit doesn’t default to one state (on or off) if the button is held down too long. It pretty much always switches to the next stage of the button is pressed (so long as you don’t try to spam the button ridiculously fast or tap the button on for a few milliseconds)
