Sometimes (usually) circuit is called "half-wave rectifier", regardless of frequency and so on. There is nothing from "high-pass filter" (HP filter) . Besides every capacitor connected between "live" or "signal" wire and GND act as "low-pass" filter (LP filter). So ... I suggest that better is all this stuff name as "free energy supply" and place a video on YouTube. Billions of views guaranteed...:)
