Front wiper on My old car has 2 speed selector and no "delay".
When it just a Mist (Not so Rainy), wiper make main window too dry. I've turn it off and on manually.
With this stuff, it could give several seconds "stop time" between it sweeping cycle. Actually i've used 4 poles selector to adjust time delay.
In this app, i cant find more pole selector but SPDT switch.
Connect 2 "normally open" output wire > paralel by "Slow wiper switch" in your car wiper wiring.
