Its just like my last circuit, but it protect amperage instead of voltage. Turn on the power switch(to the right) it also resets it, then the output turns on intil you short it down to 5 ohms with 10 volts(2 amps), then you turn it off and back on to reset it.

Nothing against your circuit or you, but a resettable fuse sounds kinda dangerous to me

It's ok. How though? A resettable fuse should help from being dangerous, because it cuts off the current when to much amperage draw.

I like it, and will look at more when I have some time.

Yes, but there's always the chance that something shorts out or similar. With a standard fuse, the connection to power is physically cut after too much amperage flows through. It might just come from the fact that I'm a bit too much concerned about safety in electric applications.

My whole house is wired with resettable fuses.

Thankyou, guy. :-) @Karsten-That does make sense. It's good to be concerned, but this circuit you don't need to replace any fuse. I do agree that standard wire fuses are more safe. They have their pros and cons. You can also put a standard wire fuse in series with this circuit.

what is amperage guys?

@ananjan-It is the same as "amps" which is the force of electricity. Amps=volts÷resistance(ohms), Amps=watts÷volts.
