The switch at the top, near the DC supply, is to eliminate glitching in the simulator. Starting with all three phases closed onto the xfmr causes large currents to flow on the primary.

Your starting off with Delta primary on the transformer, causing a software bug. This bug is encountered at start up, from calculating DC currents in the instant before starting the simulation. This DC bug is pushing your AC out.

Look at my delta wye circuit to see how to eliminate the bug, use a capacitor on the ground. Or build a 3 pole relay that isolates the sources from the delta transformer connection at the start up.

Your middle transformers primary inductance is different than the others.
