This filter converts a PWM signal between 0 and 5 V to a sine wave with amplitude 10V. The filter stabilizes after 600us.
It then removes the DC offset and amplifies the amplitude with an upamp that is powered with 0v and 6v. After the amplification, a high pass filter removes the DC component and places the oscillation across 0v.
